#SHOP POLICIES
Every garment that is posted in my Etsy shop (linked here) is designed and handcrafted by me. I use only vintage fabric or (when specified, vintage inspired ones) and only vintage haberdashery materials.
Every piece is different from the other, I think that is the main quality of my work.
I try to make pics as real as possible, if you have any doubts about do not hesitate and ask.
If you are not satisfied or have any issue with my products bought from here, please contact me directly and we will try to solve it. I am very happy to ship abroad, so International buyers are welcome.

#SHIPPING
Your purchase will be shipped within 6 to 8 working days maximum (a couple of days more if you've requested a customization).
Shipment from Italy by "raccomandata" registered mail. The price of the shipping could change according to the weight of the package, prices are specified for any item.
Please note that I am NOT responsible for a lost package or damage incurred during shipping. If something will happen, I will sent you the next order shipping cost free.
International customers are responsible for any extra taxes, their own customs & vat fees.
I ship to your Etsy address. Please make sure that this address is correct and updated. If you want me to ship to another address send me an information.
All item are hand packed by me with care and attention.
For other circumstances, discuss with me first, I'll do the best for you.
#REFUNDS and EXCHANGE
The refund is not provided without extenuating circumstances.
Please contact me if you are unhappy with your purchase and we'll work something out.
I will gladly exchange your item if there is a defect in the fabric, or in the construction of the garment (excluding all postage costs).
It is the responsibility of the customer to note measurements of the item purchased and to buy accordingly.
If you need different measurement please contact me.
Exchanged items should be returned in their original condition.
I will not accept returns on custom orders.

If you are interested in carrying Gira e Rigira in your retail store, please convo me for wholesale prices, policies, etc. It is understood that in carrying Gira e Rigira designs, no garment purchased will be altered in any way, shape or form, including any printing, labeling or appliques, nor will they be represented as anything other than a Gira e Rigira creation.
